General Assembly Conditions
These General Assembly Conditions apply to all orders placed through the AS Service Group (ASSG) B2B reordering platform. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms.
Prices are as stated at the time of order. All prices are in EUR and exclude applicable VAT unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are as displayed during checkout; free shipping may apply above a minimum order value.
An order is binding when submitted. We will confirm acceptance by email. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of errors or unavailability.
Delivery times are estimates. Goods may be shipped from multiple warehouses. Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days unless otherwise agreed.
Orders can be modified until midnight on the day of placement. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. Custom or special orders may be subject to different terms.
ASSG is liable in accordance with applicable law. Our liability is limited to foreseeable damages arising from breach of contract.
These conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Place of jurisdiction is as permitted by law.
