How to delete your account

In the app: open the Profil tab, tap Konto löschen (Delete account) and confirm. Access is revoked immediately.

Without the app: write to kontakt@as-servicegroup.com from the address of your account, subject "Delete account". We complete this within 30 days and confirm it to you.

What is deleted

Your sign-in data: email address, password, first name, last name and phone number. Signing in is then impossible, and no password remains on our side either.

Any pending password reset requests.

What remains, and why

Your customer record and your orders remain in the customer management system of A. Schmeh GmbH & Co. KG. This is not a choice: German commercial and tax law require business records to be retained, six or ten years depending on the document.

Those records are then linked to your customer account, no longer to an app login.
